Darren studied at Telford college in Edinburgh and upon graduating in 1996 has spent the following years in private practice both in the UK and overseas gaining extensive experience across a variety of sectors including residential, educational, institutional, health, hotel and commercial projects of varying scales and complexities.

Darren has spent a large part of his career in Edinburgh, in 2003 he was offered a position in Bermuda where he went on to spend 2 successful years working for a leading design firm on high-end residential projects. He has just returned to Edinburgh having spent a year working for an international design studio in London.
