2004 – Fritholme Garden Estates, Elbow Beach Resort, Bermuda.
Phase 1 of a 4 phase $15 million luxury residential development.

Working in tandem with the senior partner of Shy Architecture - Bermuda, Darren had a design input in the high-end villa and townhouse units and onwards to full technical drawings of the residential units and site works.
